Instead of singing "all of the boys and all of the girls are begging to if you seek Amy" and offending crossword puzzlers the world over, Britney will now sing "if you see Amy".

This is clearly much better because now the innocent interpretation of the line will make as much sense as it ever did (ie: none), and the dirty version will have Britney singing "F. U. C. A." instead of, er... *blushes*

Which is palpable nonsense, but not actual obscenity.

To get a full perspective on the ramifications of such a change, I spoke to Steve Perkins, ChartBlog's Britney correspondent, and he said: "I do not approve. "All of the boys and all of the girls are begging to F.U.C.A. me?" RUBBISH. JUST RELEASE 'AMNESIA', ALREADY.

There. I think that's all sorted out now. *dusts hands*

*It's not unlike that game where you go up to a girl and say "are you a pig?" and when they say no, you sneer at them and go "Uhhh! You're not a Pretty Intelligent Girl!", and then run off.Sambal Belacanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196141435735998191noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606355645666357722.post-43415945075348360562009-01-28T10:25:00.001+08:002009-01-28T10:28:26.092+08:00It’s Britney, B*tches! Crews Groove To Spears’ Hits This WeekIn past seasons, ABDC brought you challenges inspired by Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson and Missy Elliott, to name a few– and now it’s time to add Britney to the mix! This week, each crew will be given one of Brit’s hits and asked to create a routine that resembles her choreography. Plus: Britney’s choreographer, Andre Fuentes, will be meeting with the crews during rehearsal to present them an additional surprise challenge. (More details on that coming soon!)

Below are this week’s song selections! And Swift blogged about the rearrangement and her dismay over almost losing her Britney Spears poster from the sixth grade. It wasn’t in its rightful place in the bathroom. It had been relocated to her bedroom — a change she’s loving. “This way, I see it more often, and it more proudly displays my unwavering devotion to Britney Spears,” she said. Swift has talked, often, about being influenced by country artists like Shania Twain, Faith Hill and the Dixie Chicks. But this Spears thing was news to me. I think you’d be hard-pressed to find any girl who didn’t get caught up in the infectious tunes and catchy hooks of Brit in her heyday. It does make me wonder, though, if the feeling is mutual now that Swift has taken over Spear’s reign as the “it” girl of teen idols.Sambal Belacanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196141435735998191noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606355645666357722.post-3481527154400674032009-01-26T12:42:00.002+08:002009-01-26T12:46:22.449+08:00Is Britney Spears Writing Her Autobiography?Oh gosh...i got this news one week late...
so lets hear this;

After scoring a platinum album, two hit singles and a much sought-after comeback over the past few months, is Britney Spears capping off her streak of good fortune by writing her autobiography?

Britain's Mirror claims the 27-year-old pop queen is close to signing a $20 million publishing deal, wherein she'll spill everything about her turbulent life as a pop star.

"There have been numerous unofficial biographies printed about Britney, but she's never agreed to pen her own tome—until now," says a source.

"And some of the stories she's got are absolute dynamite. "It's one thing for a song with these lyrics to be included on a CD so that fans who wish to hear it can do so, but it's an entirely different matter when this song is played over the publicly owned airwaves, especially at a time when children are likely to be in the listening audience."

The PTC has launched campaigns against a host of entertainers and shows since its formation.

Most recently they celebrated the cancellation of CBS' "Swingtown," which was announced last week.

"On behalf of the nation's children and families, the PTC applauds and celebrates the removal of 'Swingtown' from the public airwaves," the PTC said in a statement last week.

You may see related content from AccessHollywood.com:
-Britney Spears Lights Up Los Angeles
-Britney's 'Circus' Birthday Celebration

source: omg.yahoo.com/celebs/britney-spears/9Sambal Belacanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196141435735998191noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606355645666357722.post-85896790584838252812009-01-25T14:45:00.002+08:002009-01-25T14:46:52.910+08:00BRITNEY SPEARS<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 300px; height: 400px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_2li_pd5t0Do/SXwKseZo7CI/AAAAAAAAACU/BRbn9dI11bQ/s400/blog4-britney-spears.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5295119021071985698" />Sambal Belacanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196141435735998191noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606355645666357722.post-58971806284271460882009-01-25T13:54:00.001+08:002009-01-25T14:14:39.658+08:00Britney Slides to #2 On World CHART<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 340px; height: 79px;" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_2li_pd5t0Do/SXv-m6bbjMI/AAAAAAAAACM/9hM0vZz_-y4/s400/UWchart.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5295105731376942274" />

After being #1 on the United World Chart for 1 month, Britney is at #2 as Beyonce takes #1! Leading the pack is WFLZ-Tampa, Fla., which has played it 19 times.

“We’re confident the version of the song we air is not crossing any lines,” program director Tommy Chuck told Billboard.com, adding that WFLX plays a Jive-created edit of the song that changes “Seek” to “See” as well as a jokey version in which morning host MJ shouts his name every time the word “Amy” appears.Sambal Belacanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196141435735998191noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606355645666357722.post-34404882523023200052009-01-25T13:45:00.000+08:002009-01-25T13:50:17.958+08:00Lets Save Britney’s New Song!<img style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 375px; height: 375px;" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_2li_pd5t0Do/SXv9HxItisI/AAAAAAAAAB8/OvxLndtqyho/s400/tmpphpxN3XJP.jpg" border="0" alt=""id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5295104096794938050" />
So many stories have been circulating about the latest single to be released from circus ” if u seek amy ” the cute double meaning title is causing a stir. The song was written to have a double meaning , one , we aren’t sure of , and the second is a dirty minded view of just how well Britney is adored. The radio stations have all voiced their opinions and want to have Britney re-record the song changing the title to ” if u see amy ” , which will make the somewhat meaningless song to a dorky four minutes of nothing.

If this song gets changed , I just feel that it will go nowhere. The songs appeal is due to it’s sexy meaning , without the K the song has no standing.

I am not saying I would not support the single , because I definitely would as I support everything Britney does in the best of my ability , I am just looking out for the sales portion that this single will impact. Singles are released to promote an album and to keep units moving on store shelves , but I feel with the alteration of this single , the song will be a flop and a bad promotional single for the upcoming tour.

WoB is thinking of maybe starting a petition , letting jive know how we fans feel. Even though it may not work , or change their minds , it will at least let them know what we feel.

Source : http://worldofbritney.com/Sambal Belacanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196141435735998191noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1606355645666357722.post-60859177948277535132009-01-25T11:11:00.002+08:002009-01-25T14:14:17.675+08:00New britney videoCheckout this link:
http://www.gumtree.com/cgi-bin/add_posting.pl
http://www.gumtree.com/london/32/29589232.htmlSambal Belacanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/11196141435735998191noreply@blogger.com0
